How It Works
- Checks received via US Mail are truncated to electronic items
- Truncation entails scanning the front and back of the source document (check) with our state of the art Readers (check scanners)
- Our internet-based imaging solutions captures, securely stores and transmits these images via the ACH Network
What you should know
- Authorization to initiate an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to a consumers account is generally printed on the invoice or billing statement.
- Inform consumers that funds may be withdrawn on the same day payment is made
- Inform consumers that checks may not be returned by the consumers' financial institution.
